Returns/ Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Period: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Additionally, if you're looking to exchange an item, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate the exchange process.

To qualify for a return based on the points of wrong item shipped, product quality issue, or receiving a defective item, the following criteria apply:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• It should not be worn or used.
• The original tags must be intact.
• The item should be packaged in its original packaging.
